Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 USD or more (United States only).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
